Tuscany was at the centre of the Renaissance in the 14thC and its cultural, scientific, architectural and culinary innovation marked the transition between Medieval and Early Modern Europe.

This wine tasting dinner is a journey of discovery of Tuscan heritage through its food and wine

Tim Atkin MW, wine writer and journalist, will guide you through 7 expressions of Sangiovese from 5 iconic wine districts which produce some of the world's greatest wines.

The wines compliment some classic dishes revisited by Head Chef Francesco Sodano, who has captured the influence that Tuscan cuisine has had onthe European culinary scene.
