Giuseppe Turi trained at the Connaught Hotel as Sommelier, and holds the Wine Diploma from the WSET. Passionate about wine, Giuseppe’s cellar is a constant work in progress involving many hours of reading and researching, tasting and testing, Each wine is accompanied by its own tasting notes – no small job when there are over 300 wines on offer.
