Giuseppe Turi trained at the Connaught Hotel as Sommelier, and holds the Wine Diploma from the WSET. Passionate about wine, Giuseppe's cellar is a constant work in progress involving many hours of reading and researching, tasting and testing, Each wine is accompanied by its own tasting notes, no small job when there are over 460 wines on offer.
