Chestnut, Game and Truffle Fortnight 23rd October – 5th November

After the success of the mushroom fortnight, we are continuing to highlight autumn’s most cherished produce now reaching its best: chestnuts, game and autumn truffle as well as other seasonal ingredients such as pumpkin and beetroot.

We are sourcing our game from Rhug’s Organic Estate in Wales where the wild environment is healthy and sustainable.

We have dedicated a fortnight to this cuisine, for which Head Chef Massimo has put together some classic dishes

Autumn’s most cherished produce is now reaching its best: Game sourced from the Rhug Estate in Wales, where the environment is healthy and sustainable; versatile chestnuts used in both savoury and sweet dishes; and the Autumn truffle “Nero Scorzone” collected from October to February, is particularly good to enhance game dishes
