WHITE TRUFFLE, GAME AND CHESTNUT
For many Italians living in the countryside, autumn is most eagerly awaited, not least because the gathering of its gifts of nature is an exciting pastime in itself.
If one had to choose three ingredients for which this season is cherished, they would be chestnuts, truffles and wild game.
We are taking advantage of autumn’s most cherished produce, with a special menu featuring game, chestnuts and white truffle. We are sourcing our game from the Rhug Organic Estate in Wales where they live in the wild, in a healthy, sustainable environment. Game featured on the menu may include: pheasant, partridge, hare, venison, and grouse.
